3. ADD BORDER TO SCENERY
Bring up the Scenery Image
Resize this image by 65% and Sharpen
Activate the Dropper Tool - Choose a dark blue from the lower right side - place this in the foreground box
Choose a very light blue from one of the pillars for the background box.
Pick where the yellow dots are in the image below
Add a Dark Blue border of 2 pixels
Add a Lighter Blue border of 3 pixels
Add a Dark Blue border of 4 pixels
Add a Lighter Blue border of 15 pixels
Activate the Magic Wand and select the last light blue border
Now click on the pattern in the Materials Palette
Grab the slider in the Material Properties when it opens and drag it to the top - circled in yellow in the image below
Check the Image number you are working on and find the same one in the Material Properties - outlined in red below
Click on that one in the Material Properties - I would click on Image2
~ Angle - 0
~ Scale - 50
Click OK
Flood Fill the Light Blue Border with this pattern & Deselect
Add a Dark Blue border of 4 pixels
Add a Lighter Blue border of 3 pixels
Add a Dark Blue border of 2 pixels
Add a Lighter Blue border of 20 pixels
Activate the Magic Wand and Select the Last light blue border
Flood Fill with your image pattern
Click on Kaleidoscope
Click on the Default Settings
Click OK & Deselect
Add a Dark Blue border of 4 pixels
Add a Lighter Blue border of 3 pixels
Add a Dark Blue border of 2 pixels
Save this as YourName-Lesson21c
