2. ELLIPSE SHAPES
Open a Transparent VECTOR Image - 500 x 300
Activate the Ellipse Shape in the Shapes Menu - Leave the Show Nodes and Create on Vector TICKED and other settings as they are
Draw out an Ellipse Oval Shape on the Left Side of the image

- always click on the undo arrow to bring it back to the original after each practice.
You need to hover until you get the double arrows on an angle before you can drag it inwards.
Change the Centre Y setting to 150 to place your object in the centre vertically - Y being the Vertical axis
Change the Centre X setting to 125 to place your object over to the left - X being the Horizontal axis
Now Add a New Vector Layer
Change the Line Style to Diamond
Draw out an ellipse shape on the Right side of the image
Activate the Pick tool
Holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, click on the top left node - you will see a Right Trapezium image - this means that one side will pull in.
So pull in the top left side towards the centre - you oval is now thinner and tilted

Grab the Rotate end of the handle and turn it anti-clockwise until the sharp point is pointing to the right side - Your object is lying on the side.

Now pull on the top left node diagonally and you will make the whole object larger and fill the space more.
Add a New Vector Layer
Draw another arrow shape beside the first one - top right space. You may need to shift the top left one over a bit to make room.
