4. LINK THE SQUARES
Zoom right in to do this next part - we will work on the top right corner, where the two borders cross.
Select your Selection Tool and Place it on Rectangle as the Selection Type
Select the section crossing, but follow the Vertical Bar, including from the edge of the gold to the Black line on the right side.
Start above the Cross piece and select to well below the drop shadow.
Hit the delete key on the key board and the Horizontal piece is now gone and the Vertical is sitting on top.
5. ADD THE LADY IMAGE
Put the Selection Type back on Square
Select the Centre square by drawing the selection OVER the top of the gold border - this is important - Start in the corner of the GREEN circle
Add a New Raster Layer
Bring up the Image of the Lady you minimized earlier
Select a Square from this image - include two birds - one on either side of her. Just above her head and down to just below her shoulders.
Copy and Paste Into Selection
Drag this layer down to the bottom
Deselect
6. ADD THE BACKGROUND
Still with the Square Selection Tool, Draw out a square over the top of the first gold square you made
- the same way you did the last one - Right on top of the gold border.
Add a New Raster Layer and drag it to the bottom
Flood Fill with the light blue in the foreground box
Deselect
Back to the Selection Tool and repeat with the Second square you made - Draw a square right on top of the gold border
Flood Fill with the light blue (on the same layer as the other blue fill)
Deselect
Go to the Texture icon
